Arta MCP Server for AI Agents
The Arta MCP server enables AI agents to interact directly with Arta’s functionality and documentation via the standardized Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Using the read-only Arta MCP server, agents can search quote requests and shipments and retrieve their details. This can be very useful for building reports quickly and better understanding your business’ shipping history.
The Arta MCP server uses the Server-Sent Events (SSE) transport and OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration for authentication at the following address:
https://mcp.arta.dev/sse
You can disable any OAuth connections for your Arta user account at any time at https://accounts.arta.io/u/authorized-apps

Safety, Security, and Limitations
The Arta MCP server is designed to respect the scope of your Arta user account. It has read-only access to the data that is available in your account and does not connect to external systems, such as your internal CRM, unless you have an explicit integration that permits that access. This means that any references it makes to specific shipments, requests, or account information come from the context of your Arta environment.
Like other tools powered by large language models, AI agents can sometimes respond confidently with incomplete or incorrect information, a behavior often referred to as hallucination. To use it safely, treat AI‑generated summaries and explanations as helpful guidance rather than as legal, compliance, or accounting advice.
The Arta MCP server’s tool calls follow Arta’s existing security and privacy practices. Customer contact details are not shared third party providers unless you provide those details in the course of a task or conversation. As with any support or communication channel, you should avoid pasting passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information into the chat.
