In this section, we provide an overview of the differences between our Service Tiers, which we call Quote Types: Premium, Select, Parcel, and Self Ship, and provide additional details about the availability and speeds of various Parcel services.

Arta provides shipping quotes across multiple service levels to enable shipping a variety of goods with a single integration. For each Quote Request, Arta returns quotes, or disqualification reasons, broken out by Quote Type.  

Depending on which quote types a particular request qualifies for, you can expect to see one Premium, 1-2 Select, and multiple Parcel quotes per request by default.
