Purchasing a policy

Buyers are given the opportunity to purchase their policy from the quote review screen. Payments are made via credit card and buyers will need to click to accept an electronic communications consent.

Managing your policy

After buyers have purchased a policy they will be prompted to create an account to manage their policy. This can be done at a later date if not completed immediately.

Endorsements

Within their account buyers can edit information about their policy to amend information about the original policy. Edits include:

• Update insured parties name and addresses
• Add/Remove items
• Adjust item values

Similar to quotes, there is a possibility that endorsements fall outside operating hours or require underwriter review.

Cancellation

Buyers can cancel their policy at any time. If cancelling before the end of a term, an applicable refund will be processed by our team and the buyer will receive a refund confirmation email.
