Making a Valuables Insurance claim

In the rare case of loss or damage to covered items, buyers can submit a claim through the account used to manage their policy. If they have not previously created an account they will need to do so to submit a claim.

Buyers will be asked to provide brief details, including their contact details, the date and location of the incident and provide a brief description of what occurred.

Trained adjustors will contact the buyers within 24 hours and if approved send payment in as early as 48 hours.

Buyers will be able to see the status of their claim within their Arta account.
