Certain countries have additional customs documentation that is required for exporting specific goods. This includes popular countries of export like Italy and Germany, and common objects like watches when entering the USA.

Arta will now have a section for required documents within our Electronic Customs Documents (ECD) form. We will alert the exporter if a document is required and, if available, we will provide a template.

For shipments with multiple pieces, you can select related objects to the document and upload multiple documents if required.
