You can now schedule parcel carriers to come collect Self Ship packages at your location - right from your dashboard.

After booking a Self Ship shipment (or a few!) you can navigate to the new Collections menu to find our scheduling tool. Select a day, time and provide any necessary instructions. Schedule up to two weeks ahead for Ground shipments.

For Express shipments, you can select times for the same day or next day - including Saturdays. Weekday collections are $5, Saturday collections are $17.

Arta will issue usage-based invoices at the end of each month for all of your collections.

If you prefer, you can absolutely still release packages to carriers during standing pickups or drop off in person.
