We have now added DDP to collect those customs costs ahead of the shipment moving into transit. Depending on your integration, Arta can facilitate payments or your business can collect all-in costs during checkout.
Arta has multiple paths to implement DDP:
- API: Call Arta’s endpoint for import costs during checkout to provide all-in costs within your customer checkout UI.
- Booking Sessions or Shared Requests: Now available as an option when generating shared links for your buyers.
- Post-booking with DDP Assist: Arta can email your buyers after booking with the option to pre-pay customs costs - no development required for your team.
