For clients using Arta’s Compare Carriers or All Rates quoting strategy you will see time definite services in addition to standard services like Ground or Economy. These services provide delivery at a specific time of day.

Overnight:

• FedEx First Overnight
  • Delivery the next-business-day morning by 8 am, 8:30 am, 9 am or 9:30 am to most areas. Additional extended delivery locations are guaranteed up to 2 pm
• FedEx Priority Overnight:
  • Delivery the next business day by 10:30 am to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon to most residences.
• FedEx Standard Overnight:
  • Next-business-day delivery by 5:00 pm to U.S. businesses and by 8 pm to residences.

2 Day:

• FedEx 2Day am
  • Delivery in 2 business days by 10:30 am to U.S. businesses and by noon to most residences.
• FedEx 2Day:
  • Delivery in 2 business days by 5 pm to U.S. businesses and by 8 pm to most residences.

International:

• FedEx International First
  • Delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days to select locations in 25+ countries and territories, including Canada, China, Mexico, and Japan as early as 8 am.
    • Delivery by 10 am in 1 business day to Canada and by 11 am in 1 business day to Mexico (2 business days for non-document shipments to Mexico).

• DHL Express 9:00 (10:30 to the USA and Singapore)
  • Delivery before 9:00 am (10:30 am to the USA and Singapore) on lanes that guarantee either a next or second business day delivery. DHL Express 9:00 is offered to the majority of business centers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
• DHL Express 12:00
  • Delivery before 12 noon on the next possible business day. DHL Express 12:00 offers a money-back guarantee and allows for pieces up to 70kg and shipments up to 300kg.
