Getting started
Arta is able to deliver around the globe. Check out our Global Coverage to learn about all of the countries and cities we support. There are a couple restrictions on the type of delivery address to ensure packages are safely received.
Arta cannot deliver to:
- Post office boxes. Arta does not use the USPS network for a majority of shipments given the large, high value and expedited nature of our freight. Common couriers and fine art shippers require physical addresses.
- Authorized hold locations. Whether it is a FedEx Store, UPS Store or an authorized location like Walgreens, Michaels, Staples these locations have a higher risk of theft and loss. If you know you are not going to be able to receive your shipment, contact hello@arta.io as soon as possible.
- Sanctioned countries. Arta does not fulfill shipments to locations that have a ban on commercial trade. Arta has a list of undeliverable countries as part of our article on Global Coverage.
It is also important to note that Arta shipments with Shipping Protection require a signature at delivery. If you have a signature on file or waive signature with the carrier, you will jeopardize your coverage. Read more about what is included and excluded from our coverage here.
